I have just checked on both the App Store and the Play Store monitor rate of crashes and both say zero, so what you say is very interesting.

Hi Martin - no, there isn’t new content beyond Level 3 yet - once the dust has settled, we’ll be looking in that direction, probably early next year, plus a new approach to listening work which will be helpful for your level

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. In my last post from yesterday I was referring to the web version. There I had to start right from the beginning every time I loged in and the tab crashed at least three times in one everning.
I downloaded the new app version for French (Android) on Wednesday and so far everything works fine. The only thing I noticed is that text and voices are sometimes.not synchron.
But I really enjoy the new French course.
Aha! I had this problem early in the testing, with new tabs crashing when I tried to open them. Is that what happens? Do you get a sad little face on the new tab?
The Tech Team fixed it so that it was no longer happening to me, so it’s useful for them to know if you’re having the same experience.
Apologies if I’m too pushy, but is there any news on this front? Would love to start using the app (but can’t really be bothered to start all over again - especially without the dragon speed setting )
Yes, there is news. There are about a dozen items in the Welsh courses that the old Web App rather mysteriously did not mark as complete.
The items are scattered through the course but with quite a few near the beginning.
When we have looked, the new App has everyone’s progress but it is diligently doing its ‘completer finisher’ thing to get ticks in those boxes…and once they are done, will carry on.
So whilst it feels like the progress has gone, it actually hasn’t - it is all there.

I see others are having similar hiccups so I’m just chiming in to log mine in case the info is helpful. I updated the iPhone app & logged out/logged back in. French course isn’t showing at all. Irish course was getting the “course not loading” error message & now (after I logged out/back in) it’s playing Spanish.
Welsh-South and Spanish seem to be working properly.
I appreciate the hard work I know is going on behind the scenes and am quite excited to start French once it’s up and running! Thanks for these lovely, lovely courses.
I’ve just had a quick check and even without logging in, I can see French (Beta) in both the Web app and the Android mobile app.

I had this problem earlier today when I think my internet connection must have been a bit slow and it didn’t download the Irish course straight away. I tried again half an hour later and it came through fine.
It should all be back now.

The Web app is working fine again but I signed out of the phone app to see if that would help after seeing Debora’s msg but can now not sign back into phone app.
What seems to be the problem there?
Origionally didn’t recognise my password, so I tried to re-set which it said I did successfully, but after entering the new details the screen has gone black and I cant do anything else
Can you get into anything? Or is the phone completely frozen with a black screen?

And when you log back into the app, it’s still just black? That doesn’t refresh it?
