And in other news, I just had something of a ‘Eureka!’ moment (well, I was in the bath, anyway, and I jumped out, but I didn’t get as far as running down the street) - but we’ve got to take Angharad Lliar to Bangor for an eye check, so more about that tomorrow
Wowsers! Well done! The best I ever managed was 6 weeks - and then it was Christmas
Good luck with the eye test.
Now I’m wondering what’s exciting enough to cause shrieking and leaping out of the bath, but not exciting enough to cause naked wet street running
The eye check went well, and Angharad Lliar is wildly excited that she is going to be getting some Disney glasses - as Catrin and I agreed, who are we to stand between Disney and their dangerously overwhelming marketing success?.. [rolls eyes]…
I hope you don’t find the ‘Eureka’ moment a let down - but it may be more exciting for me than for anyone else…
I just realised that I’d been doing something the wrong way round. For about two years.
I’ve been trying to figure out how to sell our Spanish course so that we could get going with our dream of building an SSi course for every language.
But now the SSiBorg course creation tool is ready, we can turn it on its head - forget about trying to sell the Spanish, and just get on with the every single language project.
Which is going to be a lot of fun…
More details about the first step coming soon (next week at the latest)…
Although Eureka implies Pythagorus implies Geometry doesn’t it?
SSiGeometry…through the medium of Greek, Ancient Greek.

wps, while I’ve been rabbiting on, I see it’s something completely different…

Seriously, I hope the real “Eureka moment” leads to fruitfulness.

Had a mini-eureka moment myself this morning. Small beer really, but it is language-related. If it comes to anything, I might come back and talk about it.
