Inside rather than “outside” again to be honest - at least for the next few weeks. Here are the replacements for our lovely cat, Myfi, which Maureen has longed for since she died. She allowed me to name them to stop me getting too jealous (she is already showing them more affection than she shows me )
So let me introduce Pili (the black & white boy) and Pala (his tri-coloured sister)
How adorable!!! I will look forward to seeing them someday. I learned only recently that tri-color cats like Pala are always girls. What a cute pair!

I’m curious to know how mantell became part of a butterfly name in Welsh? There are a few butterflies that are mantell something. My husband says they are all butterflies you might expect to find on a buddleia.
