Course 1 Lesson 23 South. What is the word for “just” please? I looked for the word in Y Geiriadur Mawr but I was obviously looking in the wrong place. Can anybody help, please?
I think what you are looking for is newydd.
Dw i newydd siarad gyda ti. - I have just spoken with you.
Literally, more like I have newly spoken with you.

It is the same word “newydd” that means “new”, and I think, if it helps, you can think of it as:
“I have newly spoken with you” (if it helps you remember the word).
