Does anyone know how I can stop my SSiW emails going straight into spam/trash folder, diolch
I don’t know if it’s the same for all email providers, but I use Outlook and if something goes into junk that isn’t junk, there is a drop down option on the top bar where I can mark that email sender address as not junk, then it always goes to my inbox.
I’ll have to have a look on laptop to see if that works, I think I’m using outlook, I tend to use my tablet more often than not, many thanks for your reply
I find that Outlook still puts them in spam about half the time, even after I’ve marked them as ‘not junk’ several times. With Outlook there should also be a ‘safe senders’ list, though, which you can use to always allow emails from certain addresses or domain names. It’s quite well hidden but it should be there somewhere.
That’s brilliant thank you for letting me know
Another thing which usually helps is adding/saving the sender’s email in your own contacts (which is another way to let your software and/or e-mail account know that you’re interested in those e-mails!).
I think that’s what I need to do, there was something in one of previous emails about doing that, thank you for you comment
