Level 2 Challenge 22 tense question

At the end of the challenge the sentence “I said that he doesn’t want to talk to me until next week.” What comes back is “Dwedaisi nag oedd e’n moyn etc etc” but that sounds to me like “I said that he didn’t…” but wouldn’t “I said that he doesn’t” be Dwedaisi nag…” something or other in the present tense?

Diolch. I tried to search for an answer on this but for whatever reason I didn’t get a “hit”! This answers my question.

@clare-26 I’ve listened to it and I agree with you actually. For “I said that he doesn’t want to talk to me until next week”, I would say dwedes i nag yw e’n moyn siarad gyda fi nes wythnos nesa. It’s probably just a little slip with the English supposed to be “that he didn’t”.

I’ll have to see if that’s in the new version of the course coming with AutoMagic apps and correct it if it is - diolch
