We’ve been going to ynys Môn for a few years now and always make a point of visiting Llanfairpwllgwyngyll gogerychwryndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, for me it’s where my Welsh speaking journey started, I was sitting outside the James Pringle shop when an old lady approached me and asked if I could speak Welsh, I said I’m sorry but I can’t, so off she went, and I think from that moment that’s when I realised I wanted to learn the language, last year I had my first (very small) conversation there and hopefully this year I’ll be able to say a bit more

Seeing the viral video where met presenter Liam Dutton rattled it off got my learning Welsh. I practice every day, have a weekly chat and a tutor every fortnight. I love every minute of it.
