Also Google guesses about what I might be searching are quite interesting! ![]()



I once decided to put a Welsh sentence into Google Translate. Maybe it was the proper noun that messed it up, but it gave me “Gower’s son is endless”. I should have taken a screenshot of that. 
I did, however, take a screenshot of this one. I made a mistake while typing, as you can guess.
I remember reading an article on Wales Online. It was about a mistake made on a sign, and at the end of the page, it had a video giving examples of even worse errors. One was in a grocery store, and translated “spirits” as “ysbrydion” (bottled ghosts?). Some were a weird blend of English and Welsh, or didn’t remotely resemble Welsh.
(hunts for it with Google) Ah, here it is.
However the endless son of Gower might enjoy drinking ghosts!
