In Welsh it’s Cymro and Cymraes (Welsh man and Welsh woman), there’s no gender neutral Welsh person.

Cymry is the plural.
Cymraeg for the Welsh language.
Cymreig for everything else Welsh. Menyn Cymreig, Welsh butter.
Sometimes Gymreig depending on grammar, but don’t worry about it.
