Welsh Walk around Llandysul, Ceredigion

There is a group who meet once a month to walk in the general Dyffryn Teifi area - southern Ceredigion, northern Sir Benfro, western Sir Gâr - and this Saturday they will be walking around Llandysul with Lesley leading the walk. She is a member of the local history society and knows a lot about the area, so her walks and talks are always interesting.

Cerddwyr Cylch Teifi Walkers: 10th December 2022

Llandysul

Leader: Lesley Parker

We will leave Llandysul car park (SN 4183 4043; postcode SA44 4QL) at 10:30am.

The walk: A two hour clockwise round trip (less than two miles) around the town starting at the church, then walking along the river bank, uphill to a lane above the high street and eventually descending to Church Street and back to the car park. A leisurely walk on pavement and one small climb. Care is required when walking on the pavement on the side of the high street.

Points of interest: An opportunity to get to know the town and its history better.

Afterwards: We can socialise at the Porth Hotel.
