Welsh verion of "Tears In Heaven"?

Have just watched Dathlu Dewrder on SVC, a lovely programme. One of the pieces of music used to accompany the various stories of triumph over adversity sounds like a Welsh version of Clapton’s “Tears In Heaven.” Can anyone provide title and artist, please?

I did a quick search using some “educated guesses” what the Welsh title may be and found this on Youtube – Timothy Evans, “Dagrau”
