Also on Spotify, look for an account called Miwsig: it’s created by the people behind Dydd Miwsig Cymru, and they have loads of different themed playlists. They’re a great way of finding out about which bands you might like to hear more of. Because there’s Welsh music in just about every genre you can think of!

I rememeber trying to explain to someone about the eisteddof that you get poets greeted with queuing out the door crowds like rockstars and actual rockstars playing to a tent full of a dozen language learners at the other end of the festival field.
