Bore da, pawb. I don’t know if anyone can help out with this sort of thing, but I have searching the Internet in vain for lyrics to Welsh songs, mainly music performed by Colorama and Meic Stevens. I was able to find Stevens’ “Y Brawd Houdini” but only because it had been covered by Super Furry Animals. I’ve tried listening closely to the songs, but for the most part haven’t been able to figure out all the words. Any suggestions on places I might look would be much appreciated. Diolch.
DistantDreamer93’s Youtube channel has loads of Welsh songs with accompanying on-screen lyrics for numerous bands and singers. Couldn’t find any Colorama with lyrics, but for Meic Stevens, she has Ble Mae’r Haf and Gafael yn dy Law.

Finding lyrics online is pretty random. I usually pick a fairly long, preferably idiosyncratic phrase from the song that I think I’ve heard correctly and Google on it (in quotation marks). If the lyrics are online anywhere in text form, that phrase should appear on the page, and so the search should find it.
Other than that, the best resources are CD inserts (though only maybe 50% of them include lyrics) and DistantDreamer93’s channel (though there are a few errors in his/her lyrics, so if you think you’re hearing something different, you may be right). Pob lwc!
