So here I am in beautiful Bremen in Germany and enjoying long walks scrunching through the snow and -8 temperatures, surrounded by fantastic architecture. What else to do but some SSIW lessons! Yep. Totally loving that. Keeping warm doing my outdoors circuit training and rehydration with schnapps and gluwhëin. Done much travelling over the years since 2008 and everywhere has been imbibed with the wonderful SSIW. Diolch o waelod calon/
