I’ve collated a bunch of Welsh-themed groups, which are mainly run by ex-pats or locals with Welsh heritage, into one place: https://parallel.cymru/world/. There’s over 70 of them; mainly in England, on the east coast of North America, in Patagonia and with a sprinkling in Asia and Australasia.
It doesn’t replace the fantastic SSIW map of learners SaySomethingin or the meetup locations that are superbly coordinated here, but for those who are fortunate enough to be mobile it may be a helpful starting place for seeing what groups and provision is available around the world.
