Is the voucher system still working? I just tried to send a voucher to a friend, but I don’t seem to be able to. When I click the “Send £100 voucher” button, the screen goes grey then nothing happens. I’ve tried from firefox and also chrome but get the same thing.

- the voucher system certainly should still be working, but it’s not impossible that there’s been a hiccup with the new design - tagging @kinetic in here for him to take a look at this early next week
Thanks for having a look Aran. Just to add some more detail, when I push the “Send Voucher” link the current window gets a grey shading, just like when you go to the “list all challenges” screen, but nothing pops up. I turned off all popup blockers but that doesn’t help.

Ah, thanks! - we need to rethink that - in fact, we need to overhaul the whole voucher thing, I suspect…
Actually no. I have one voucher previously accepted, one pending, and then this would be the third. I did wonder whether there may be a limit, though. I wonder whether cancelling the pending voucher would allow me to issue this one. But I would expect a message telling me that that was the problem, rather than the popup simply not appearing. I guess we’ll see what @kinetic says.

I am getting the same grey screen both in chrome and Internet Explorer when I hit send. Looks like a new window is opening just off my screen!?

Hi - do you think you could do a screenshot of this? I’ve just checked it now and it seems to be fine for me in Chrome.

The screen darkens and a white strip with appearing on the white strip at the bottom. I have double checked and popups are allowed.
Hopefully you can replicate the problem!
The screenshot I uploaded is from chrome on my mobile, however the exact same thing happens on chrome on my PC…or at least it did - my laptop blew up yesterday…
Hi Clare - I’ve just managed to work out why this was happening to you: it wasn’t a problem with the layout, there was something peculiar about your account specifically, which explains why it wasn’t happening when I tried it! But now that I’ve resolved that, the invites popup appears as normal Sorry about that!
