Unable to login to app

Hi, greatly enjoying Level 1 and up to Challenge 18. Only problem is I cannot delete all the previous challenges from my phone which is now using up to 12gb memory. Any ideas please?

Hi @philip-shepherd

Are you using the iPhone App?

You can hold your finger down on the lessons and a pop up appears allowing you to remove the individual lesson or all of the lessons.

Thanks Rich, but I have done that and the cloud appears on all the icons, yet the app still occupies over 12gb storage on my phone! Any ideas?

I don’t have an iPhone, but do you think uninstalling then reinstalling the app might release any memory it’s holding on to?

Hi @philip-shepherd,

…sounds very weird - yep I’d agree with @Deborah-SSi 's recommendation.

You can reinstall the App again afterwards…

I seem to be getting a similar issue. Downloaded the app and was able to download and do the first challenge. Keep getting errors trying to download the second challenge so I went to the website, created an account and subscribed. But I cannot login via my iPhone. When I type in my credentials (which work on the website), the login box just shakes and doesn’t log me in. Help!

This is an issue that the Tech Team are aware of and are looking into.

It can be resolved if you download the latest SaySomethingin app and use that.

It gives you the latest learning methodology, and a selection of languages, but if you wish to continue with the audio files, then you have a couple of options.

You can find them through the new app by going to Account => My Resources => Classic Challenges. (Note that you may be shown the My Subscription page as a default. If that happens just click the back arrow at the top to get to the My Resources list.)

Or, if you prefer, you can log into the website at SaySomethingin and use the ‘Learn’ then ‘Classic Challenges’ option at the top.

Note that all the audio files are downloadable, so you’re welcome to save them to your device for ease of access later.
