Helo! Does anyone who keeps up with Cyrdle, the Cymraeg Wordle, have any idea what today’s word, hecto, is? Is it seriously just the metric prefix ie hectogram? Pretty lame if so. I can’t find anything else on it. Diolch!
I’ve never heard of “hecto” and it’s not in my small Collins dictionary or in Cysgair. Perhaps you’d like to try Gairglo? There’s another thread about it. I like it because it uses the proper Welsh alphabet, including letters with accents. Link here…
It also gives you the option of seeing a definition of each word and shows the meaning of the answer when you guess it.
