When do we use gwybod en when gwbod?

Gwybod is the proper word, but various dialects pronounce it as gwbod, so in speech, use whichever you want, but in formal writing, stick with gwybod.
It’s like in English with the phrase “don’t know” - lots of people will naturally say “dunno”.
