Hi, I have recently had a new payment card, and I thought I had updated my subscription details on SSinW. However I have been logged out completely unable to access anything. I have updated my card (again?) this morning and I now have access which is a relief. Yet how do I now regain the usual flow of emails once a week? For example, when I click on a previous email to access lesson 10 level two I can only access lesson 1 level 1, right back to the beginning.
Is there a simple solution?
Hi Chris, your best bet would be to drop a line to admin@saysomethingin.com - someone there will be able to check and see what’s going on.
