Can anyone point me towards a written list of negative patterns. I am getting my ‘sa i’n’ and dw i ddim etc muddled up and it would be great to see these in one place.

There isn’t really anything to get muddled up here, both mean exactly the same (I’m not/I don’t, depending on context). Just keep in mind that sa i’n is a very colloquial southernism.
(The other forms are so ti’n, so fe’n, so ni’n, so chi’n, so nhw’n, with only the 1st person singular breaking the uniformity)
