I’m loving the new course and am about to start lesson 9 - so it will be a little while longer than I thought before I have to revert back to the old course.

I just got to the end of lesson 11 and was just thinking about the confusion that arises when 2 things have such similar meanings - love your extremely well timed motivational talk to remind me that it’s ok if I say it different from you. For me it’s the (phonetically as I’m sticking to the no reading or writing) nersie vim vs dornie vim. Maybe there’s a difference I’ll learn about later but I love not having to worry about it. Once I’m up to 80% on this lesson I’ll be returning to lesson 5 where I left off on the old course 1. (And swapping back whenever there are new challenges). Probably not the orthodox way to approach things but it seems to be working ok so far and a was too curious about the new course to wait until I finished the old course 1. In other feedback my welsh speaking friends are astonished at my rate of progress, the quantity of structures I know and say my accent sounds like a native welsh speaker so thumbs up to the SSiW way

Right - with yet another drive back and forth to Cardiff today I have prepared myself with the latest lessons burned onto CDs to listen in the car. Why didn’t I do this BEFORE my exams??
