Hello, I signed up - and paid my money(!) - on Monday this week, but apparently I can’t start until Monday next week. Why is this? I thought friendly flexibility was a core principle of SSi. The delay is very frustrating… 
But perhaps I’m missing something?

The emails go out every Monday, so you must have just missed the cut-off. I can easily bump you onto Week 1 though, so I’ll do that now.
Have you had a look around in Slack? You tend to get a faster response if you ask questions to do with the course in there than you do here on the open forum.

And thanks for the tip about Slack, I’ve ‘sort of’ signed in to Slack, but didn’t go any further as I haven’t really started the course.
