They could be covering the goings-on in Cardiff Bay, for example.

Totally agree with your sentiments, but I wish we could get shot of so-called Government sponsored insulation surveys which phone us with pre-recorded messages which are totally irrelevant to our house! We are on the preference register which seems to work about as well as most Government computers (i.e. rarely). Answering in Welsh works well if you are talking to a real person, but not to a record! (One day I’ll get a Welsh speaking scammer and heaven help me!!
