Missed these when aired but discovered on Clic.

Redubbed Welsh dubs of a fairly well renowned series of animated short versions of some Shakespeare plays. Oddly, originally made with S4C but in English!

I’m sure we used a few at school.

Don’t be fooled by the fact it’s animation - all that Shakespearian sex and violence is intact BTW! (I just watched Macbeth - wonder if all plays were as routinely gory or is Shakespeare’s tragedies were the Game of Thrones of his day!)

Elizabethan and Jacobean audiences did like a bit of blood. Macbeth is comparatively mild - try Titus Andronicus some time…:wink:
