there are some sentences like: “Do you mind if I drink my coffee before you start” or " but do you mind if I drink my coffee before you start" or " Do you mind if I drink my coffee before you start already", and both speaker say " loppuun" but in the prompt there is no " to the end…" The " loppuun" is also in the written text.
Hmm, yes - i can see the chunks have been broken down a bit weirdly there… Thanks for pointing it out, I’ll figure out the best way to fix it! (but also don’t worry about it - in real life it doesn’t matter whether you say loppuun or not, “mä juon mun kahvin” already implies that you’re intending to finish drinking it)

It can be omitted, and it’ll mean the same thing! (but thanks for mentioning it - it probably shouldn’t be in the course ;))
Since Wednesday I can’t start the Finnish course. I always get the message: ²Error generating audio. Retrying in 10 secs." and then " Render Failed after 5 attempts". Are you working on the course ?
I never had that message myself, but I recognize it from other peoples’ posts. I think it means that you have reached the end of the (currently) available material, but there is supposed to be more. The app simply wants to give you something new, but can’t find anything.
I’ll alert the Tech Team to that @brigitte. It sometimes happens if there’s a sound file missing, but the courses go through a checking process that should have caught any of those.

If it’s not sound file missing, but the end of the available material, as @Hendrik suggests, then that would mean that I can’t do any Finnish, because the “revisit” button is grey.
In this case, could someone put my progress back to, maybe, orange belt? So I could at least repeat until there is more material available.
Hmm, no, the course is meant to be complete, so if you reach the end it should go into infinite play! Very strange that a sound file would be missing, but that must be the case…! I’ll have a look
Thank you. I have reached about 11% of the black belt. I think the last new word was " onnestuu" ( forgive my spelling ).
The " Error …" messages come on both apps, the one on the phone and the one on PC. But since today I can’t log in on the PC, I get " username or password invalid ", but I can log in here ( obviously) with the same E-mail address and password. ![]()
@brigitte the problem has been identified and fixed now, so give it another try.
With the Web App, are you typing in your email address or allowing it to AutoFill? Try typing it and making sure you don’t have any extra spaces at the beginning or end, just in case the space trim isn’t working properly for some reason.
Sorry for not answering earlier, the Finnish course is ok now, but I still can’t log in on the Web App.
I’ve logged that with the Tech Team for you. I’ll let you know when they find the problem.
