Firstly, last night Gareth looked much more like he does in Dim Byd, just older. I would have been uncertain he was the same boy without all the Forum exchanges!

Wow! So much in one episode!!
We have Barry and Carys facing a house flooded to horrifying degrees. Is it insured? Is the bill with Builders, Owners, which owners?
We have David getting himself in a worse and worse mess though trying to make life nice for Dani while she’s in a brace. I have visions of him in the future, asked “Do you take this woman…” gasping, “I can’t” and running out of a church to leap in a car with Rhys and drive to Gretna Green. (I think same sex marriages are legal here as well as in rest of UK).
We have Barry’s flat invaded, presumably, by a member of the phones in pizza boxes gang. Has he planted a bomb, set fire to the curtains, stolen something, planted evidence of drug smuggling???
Dwi… what’s ‘agog’ in Welsh?

Yes, that was a busy episode, and still with Mr Lloyd waiting in the wings!
Of course David and Dani’s big problem would be a joint mortgage - sadly harder to extract yourself from that then from a marriage these days (assuming Wyn isn’t offering it as a complete gift) so the David/Dani/Rhys situation has to resolve sooner rather than later!
It sounded like the flat had been invaded by a hardened and desperate gang of English speakers…

And was that caused by a cock-up on Kelvin’s part? I get the impression he’s not supposed to be the sharpest knife in the drawer. I think there is even less chance that Terry will put him on the firm’s van insurance now.
I probably lead a fairly sheltered life, but I’ve watched enough films & TV to know that it’s not a good idea to upset a drugs gang (I assume that’s their game, or part of their game anyway).

Oh dear, mayhem already and poor Mr. L still at risk.The Pizza Box gang 
are really in a bind and in danger of ending up in prison. The actual baddies will only get caught if Barry gives evidence, I suspect. But will he dare? I do wish David would stop ruining his life because he thinks he can’t hurt Dani when she’s ill. There is no future inhis deception. Some time in the 1930’s a friend of my mother married a man like David. He had added motive as his natural instinct was illegal. But the marriage ended in tears.

David: I think he can say goodbye to his business relationship with Wyn if he ends his personal relationship with Dani. To be fair though, I think he is genuinely concerned to try not to hurt Dani.

She’s one of my favourite characters so I felt a bit of a shock when that happened – I felt as if they had gone too far. (And then wondered whether Glanrafon kept the local hospital in business single-handedly.) Good to see in the next episode that she was already back home and much better.
I noticed that, too - the chap who took the “Tŷ Pizza” leaflet, the people on the other end of the phone conversation - all English speakers. As if that’s the language of evil 
Speaking of him, I wonder what led him to relay Arthur’s message about moving the lorry over night to Terry the way he did.
Lots and lots of loose ends! Carys staying with Llio, Barry’s old home ransacked (though now tidied up again) and his new home waterlogged though hopefully saveable.
And I wonder where David will end up – though I’m surprised Rhys has put up with things this far! I hope David manages to extricate himself somehow at some point if that’s what he feels will make him happiest.

I know, and always more serious, dramatic accidents, not the usual level of clumsiness that I tend to present with! (‘I was tackling a gang of ruthless intruders’ rather than ‘I tripped over the cat’!)

I like it when she cheeks her mum, and always manages to wind her dad round her little finger.
Since Britney got replaced by a “pod person”** a while back, we’ve seen less of the Britney-Kylie dynamic. I hope that doesn’t mean they are writing her out too. We’ve lost too many of the younger characters as it is.
** for younger viewers: a sly reference to the film “The Invasion of the Body Snatchers”, a 1956 film, whose remake in 1978 was (for once) almost as good as the original.
