So I’ve just revisited the French course after 6 months of exclusively doing Spanish.
The first five minutes on infinite play were horrific! 
A mix of complete blanks and garbled Spanish and French (Sprench?) but by the 30 min mark I was getting the occasional sentence spot on.
Plenty of “oh yeah of course!” moments too.
I feel like languages are like christmas decorations, you can put them away in storage all year, and when it comes time to bring them out again there’s a day of untangling but it’s not long before it’s all back in place on the tree.
Hopefully once I’m back in the swing of it, doing a session of French and Spanish each will be pretty straightforward.
