I posted this several days ago but I cannot find it on my 'thread" and, unusually, I have not received any comments/responses - which make me suspect that I may have done something wrong. Therefore I am posting it again

Please help with Southern Welsh translations for the following:

You can’t = GALLET TI

My brother can’t

Bryan can’t

I couldn’t

You couldn’t/can’t = GALLET TI DDIM??

Mr Jones couldn’t

My brother couldn’t

I wouldn’t

You wouldn’t

My brother wouldn’t

You can’t = GALLET TI

My brother can’t

Bryan can’t

I couldn’t

You couldn’t/can’t = GALLET TI DDIM??

Mr Jones couldn’t

My brother couldn’t

I wouldn’t

You wouldn’t

My brother wouldn’t
Jack wouldn’t

It isn’t raining now

My brother isn’t going to the pub tomorrow morning

My brother isn’t playing tomorrow afternoon

Jack is not

Maybe you’re asking too much of people. Why not try translating yourself and then ask someone to check if you’re correct. Don’t take the easy option. People will respect you more if you have a go yourself.

OK - noted. But I didn’t see any replies. I thought maybe I’d done something wrong.
