Is anyone taking part in this year’s Welsh running race? It takes place between the 4th and 6th of July, and involves people running various stages along a set route. You can see the different groups that are organising stages on the website at http://www.rasyriaith.cymru/

I will be acting a a running steward. I just hope that there are no Mo Farah’s in the Râs!!
