Pronunciation questions for audiobook

Shwmae pawb,
I’m about to record my science fiction novels as audiobooks. As I have an all-Welsh action hero (plus a baddie from Patagonia), they include some snippets of Welsh. Although I’m mostly confident, there are a couple of pronunciation points I’d like to check with you.

  1. I have a fictional pub, called the “Cath Palug”. Am I right in thinking that “Palug” is pronounced “PALig”, with the emphasis on the first syllable?

  2. The pub is in Eryri. Is “Eryri” pronounced “air-UR-ree” with the emphasis on the middle syllable?

Thanks so much for your help!
Best wishes
Fay

Yes, in both of these (and most) words in Welsh it is the penultimate syllable that has the stress.
