Pronuciation of 'nac ydw' in SSI Welsh southern course

I noticed on the SSI Welsh southern course, ‘nac ydw’ is often pronounced more like ‘na dw’, i.e dropping the ‘c’ and ‘y’ sounds - is this just Iestyn’s accent or a regional variation? Does it really matter which version you use?

It’s pretty common all over Wales and it doesn’t really matter which you use although nadw probably sounds more fluent (a bit like the difference in saying “does not” and “doesn’t” in English does).
