Pronounciation - Cei (Yes/Quay)

I am looking for help with the pronunciation of cei (yes/quay in English). I have heard it pronounced as:

Kay
Kee
Kai (rhyming with eye in English)
Ke (rhyming with ble in Welsh)

I’m in South East Wales so I wondered if it’s a regional difference in pronounciation. Can anybody help?

Despite possible regional differences due to dialect, I’d go with ‘kay’ as the standard. :blush:

Incidentally, how are you pronouncing Llandeilo, in the SE? It will prob be the same ei in cei. I here both versions in Swansea.
