Problems with automajic

Anyone else having problems with automajic this morning? Ive tried 3 devises turned the router off & on & it still says not found. Any advice would be gratefully received! Diolch pawb

I’ve tried it on both my PC and my phone and it seems to be working for me…do you still have a problem?

Thank you both for replying. Im still having problems, it’s probably me doing something wrong, im useless with tech! It’s worked fine up until now, just this morning. Thanks again for your help.

OK, can I check whether your Internet is working in general…if you search for something random like ‘Fred’ does it give you an answer? Or if you type www.bbc.co.uk (on the device you are trying to use Automagic on) - does it work?

OK. If it isn’t working - let us know what you see - do you get a message for example - or describe what goes wrong - so we can have a think about it.

Just says ‘not found’ across all 3 devices, just tried again, same message. Ive turned all devices on & off, rebooted & turned router off. Still saying same thing? Ive even tried Son’s, all the same.

The devices are laptop, kindle & android phones, not had this before ,even logged off & on, no idea what im doing wrong?

It will work for approx 2 mins then show ‘not found’?

So that is interesting - just to check - you are working in the browser using Automagic - and does it get stuck?..(Is it loading some sound at.the time?)…and a message comes up and says ‘not found’…

We will check at this end - everything helps as a clue in terms of what you see.

Yes, exactly the same devices. My phone is a Samsung android, hp laptop (very new) & a fire kindle? Sons are iPhone etc.

…do you think if I sent you an email or phone number, you would be able to take a photo (e.g on your phone, of the message on the laptop) - would you be able to send it to me?

Hi @tracey-22 - yes, emailing us on the address suggested by Rich with a screenshot would be very helpful indeed, thanks! In fact, that’s usually the fastest way to get help, because that address is constantly monitored, whereas we may not always spot everything that’s mentioned on the forum. Cheers!

Bore da! Now im at a loss, internet checked, even been to friends to check via theirs. Still the same. Searched every website to see if it’s me missing something, nothing. Every device in the house working fine except saysomething, tried going down levels, up levels, no better. Have sent a picture of the message via email, sorry to be a pest, but it’s driving me mad! Thanks for all your help, it is appreciated

Ok, another thing, it is not happening when I do the tasks or any of the extra revision? Only happening during the actual automagic? :thinking:
