Hi @judithwalsby Ok, this pop up is meant to trap a situation where if the App pressed on, it would not have a correct progress record because it has repeatedly failed to load it. ( Also if loading course material has repeatedly failed.) …are you using mobile WiFi / is there any other context info that might help? We can have a quick at your account. Thanks Rich
