Problem with downloads

All attempts to use this course which I am enjoying and really want to continue have failed recently. I log in but get a message saying "poor connection - course material or progress records could not be downloaded.

All other functions on my phone are working normally. I’ve tried restarting the phone, cleaning it, reinstalling the App with no success.

I’d be very grateful for your advice.

Hi Richard, I’m using my home wifi and all other apps are operating as they should. I am unable to give you more info because it is at the log in stage that the problem occurs.

A quick update…it turns out that the server is tripping up on your Italian progress (investgating) meaning that it never replies to the App…hence the pop up.

Potentially that is easier to fix in that the App doesn’t need to change but I’ll keep you posted - probably by Private Message if that is OK.
