Is any one aware of any face to face practice/discussion groups in South Yorkshire?Asking on behalf of my dad who’s steadily making his way through SSIW and attends an online course via the U3A, but thinks some in person sessions would help him with his conversational skills.
Not sure if anyone else is interested, but my dad has found a few groups.
Theres 2 that meet at the Florentine Pub in Sheffield
One is run by the Sheffield Cambrian Society, and meets once a month on Saturdays. Contact them for more details.
The other is run by U3A and meets less frequently
Theres also another that meets in Fagans Pub, Sheffield
Its run by the Sheffield Welsh Society (I think linked to students at the uni but involves people of all ages). It meets every fortnight on Thursdays.
FYI I know that this link above
