A long time user of SSiW was very disappointed recently at the decision by the HSBC to discontinue their Welsh language telephone service. He’s concerned it might be the excuse other banks and services need to start reducing their Welsh language services as well.
He took the initiative to start a petition which is being promoted by Liz Saville Roberts and Dewi Pws on various platforms, and a decision will be made on how to tackle the issue once Steve sees how much support there is for the petition.
