Oxford walks

Unfortunately tomorrow’s walk has been cancelled due to illness, lack of numbers, and dodgy-looking weather. We are hoping to organise another one before too long.

PPS While plantos are welcome :slightly_smiling_face: , as it’s an important ecological research area, dogs :dog: :frowning: are not permitted in Wytham Woods.

And were there any bluebells / clychau’r gog / bwtsias y gog in Wytham Woods last week? Yes, there were, drifts / lluchiau of them :slightly_smiling_face:

Helo eto - our walk+sgwrs on Sun 18th May will be a circular walk around Wychwood meeting up at Charlbury Station at 10:30am (pay & display parking at station or free parking by the Co-op in the town). Here’s the route:

Diolch i Linda, Joanne & Chris for an enjoyable walk+sgwrs in Bernwood Forest last Thursday (despite the gordyfiant draenen ddu :cactus: a dail poethion in places :grimacing: )

For our next walk+sgwrs we’ll be heading to Shotover Country Park on Thursday 28 August and meeting up at 10:30am (further details to follow).

For our :person_walking: walk +sgwrs :person_walking: this Thursday, 30th October, we’ll be meeting up at 10:30am in Islip Village Hall (OX5 2TA) car park and following a 5 mile circular route from Islip via Noke to Woodeaton and back along the banks of the River Cherwell.
