Anyone like the now you’re talking lessons on utube ? I find that it has a little bit of a north -south mixture. It is short 20 minutes or so . Not nearly as good as SSW but sometimes when I’m tired after a long day I will listen to that for a quick fix welsh fix then go to sleep.

Is this the “Now You’re Talking” that used to be on S4C years ago? I loved that. Will have to check You Tube later!

I watch them:) I like these videos because they have tiny dialogues in Cymraeg which can be used as listening exercises.

I love the “Now You’re Talking” episodes! I think most of the SSIW learners will find them very easy to understand, which should be a good confidence booster. The Gareth and Carrie drama is kind of fun to follow too.

Aren’t some of these repeated in Hwb??? Or am I thinking of something else?

The series is a good little confidence booster even if you do know most of the content. Just hearing people speaking and understanding it all rather than picking out odd bits here and there from an S4C programme. Interesting also to occasionally spot a few places that have now disappeared… the upstairs eating area in the Capital shopping centre in Cardiff for example.

Ok, I am a day late and a dollar short with the timing of this reply, but I love the Now You’re Talking episodes. They give me the 80’s hit that I was missing :wink:

It isn’t the series I was thinking of. some may have been on Hwb, but I think not! Thanks for link. I’ll get around to watching them some time!
