Have a look underneath the lesson on any of the lesson pages - if it says ‘switch to South region’ you’re doing north… 
Does it default to North as I still can’t see an option to change. Thanks

Your instructions refer to an Introduction button which I don’t get and I haven’t had a questionnaire to complete.
If you are using the website version (on computer or phone), the option button (rectangle) is towards the bottom of the white section, just above the Apps and Store notifications.
I’m not sure about the App version.
Thank you! I’ve found it on the app, but the lessons are longer and slightly different 
. Doesn’t take much to confuse me

Just a hint, make sure that you are using the new “levels” made up of “Challenges”, rather than the old material (Courses made up of lessons).
