In this phtase there is no word meaning ‘give’ it seems (level 2 18) as in ‘I would not give it to him’
I am not quite sure what you mean… the sentence No se lo daría literally means I would not give it to him. (The “give” part is daría, conjugated accordingly)

Of course, thank you. For some reason my mind was stuck on ‘haria’ .! That is what I was hearing.
