New website aims to bridge the gap for intermediate Welsh learners

Delighted to see Nation.Cymru cover my new website for intermediate learners!

If you’re a Canolradd, or maybe a brave Sylfaen, learner take a look - there’s a 7 day free trial so you can have a poke about and see if it’s for you. I’ve also made a few more of the pages available for the free trial, so you can get more of a taste of what it’s like. Current curriculum is:

  • Auxiliary verbs: Stems — The different stems used for common auxiliary verbs
  • Auxiliary verbs: Pattern 1 — will, can, and the inflected future
  • Talking about sports — Vocabulary builder and practicing will, can and the inflected future
  • Adar yr Ardd: Robin Goch — Vocabulary builder and reading/listening exercise
  • Auxiliary verbs: Pattern 2 — Was, could, would, would like, should/ought to, if (I) were to
  • Things To Do In The Garden — Vocabulary builder and practicing was, could and would
  • Things To Do Around The House — Vocabulary builder and practicing would like, should/ought to
  • Things We Know Aren’t True — Vocabulary builder and practicing if (I) were to
  • Auxiliary verbs: Pattern 3 — Inflected past and have been to
  • Talking About Travel — Vocabulary builder and practicing the inflected past and have been to
  • Adar yr Ardd: Titw Tomos Las — Vocabulary builder and reading/listening exercise
  • Irregular Preterites — Mynd (go), gwneud (do/make), dod (come) and cael (get) in the simple past

I’m adding new stuff every week (even though I’ve been sick as a dog the last two weeks, which is just my luck!), and have a huge list of grammar stuff that I’ll be adding.

So pop over to https://ymestyn.cymru/ and take a look!
