New Subscriber but the App doesn’t recognise

Hi guys,

I’m new to the forum, apologies I’m posting this in the wrong place.

I recently got to challenge 16 and need to pay for subscription so I’ve added payment details.

On the website I can do challenge 16 but still can’t access challenge 16 on the app.

I’ve tried signing in and out.

Any ideas? Or does it take a while to sync maybe?

Has this resolved itself? I seem to remember there was a delay…and a log out and log in was required.
