This doesn’t seem to have been picked up by English language media (yet?). Which makes the whole thing a bit pointless.
Well I just heard the same story on the news on Radio Cymru, yes, needs ebglish language exposure, and it’s in my diary to take the family along!
Same…any excuse to go to Yr Wyddfa is good:-)
I do not understand why something for learners is not advertised in English. Does anyone? Or do they only want very advanced learners? It would be like @aran launching not “SSiW” but “Dweud rhywbeth yn Gymraeg” I bet he would not have many students if he’d done that!
Also, did anyone else think the sign for the Amgueddfa Genedlaethol y Glannau look a bit like H&M at first glance? no? just me?
Thanks for this Rob. I’ll head over to Sain Ffagan for this!
If anyone wants to read about this in English, try Googling, ‘Festival for Welsh learners’. Lots of links, but I am hopeless at copying links on the iPad!
This event is being held at four locations on 22.4.2017
St Fagans National History Museum
National Waterfront Museum, Swansea
National Slate Museum, Llanberis
National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth
and lots more according to the advert
Why oh why did the powers that be schedule this in bwtcamp week.
