I did the intensive sylfaen course last summer which was good in that you didn’t have a chance to slack off, it was hammered into your head five days a week for six weeks. Now it’s just one day a week, albeit for four hours, it’s tough to motivate myself. You plan to pick up a book but then get distracted. Anyone else had similar problems?

I think you can hammer on as quickly as you like as far as I know. You’d probably need to check with your SSi tutor first so they can have stuff ready for you or perhaps transfer you on to a fast track system.
I did the challenges before the tutor lead method was developed. So I used to do a couple of challenges each day, just because it fitted into my work hours. It did keep me motivated, so I know what you mean.
