Mewnhigh? Meaning

A word crops up regularly on radio Wales.
I have no idea of the spelling but it sounds like mewnhigh.
Any ideas as to what this means… Diolch

That sounds like ‘mwynhau’ - enjoy. Does that seem likely, in the context?

“Joio” is used widely as an alternative. (It may be a South thing)

Bronwen got it in one…and Huw is also correct with the De (and increasingly common, I feel) use of joio. You are likely to come across other borrowed words like these:

Yes Huw , I am following the South version of SSiW and joio is what I am used to.
