Helo bawb. I’ve been using SSI as part of my ‘Learn Welsh’ package with the National Centre for Learning Welsh (I’m currently studying Mynediad Un). I’m supposed to have one year’s access but yesterday I logged on to find my account no longer active, with the message ‘no active subscriptions’ and then a dropdown for monthly or annual payment. Please can you provide guidance on how to resolve this and get my account back up and running, diolch yn fawr.
