There’s not many of us, it seems, but I’m right in Toronto (Liberty Village/Parkdale area). I’m not that great yet, but I’d be happy to get together over a mug of tea. 
Oh, and if you haven’t already found it, you can also check out Dewi Sant Welsh Church --they do Welsh Classes there, as well as doing a Welsh-Language church service.

Actually I am learning Welsh at Dewi Sant, but I would like additional practice. I live near Parkdale as well. Maybe we can meet at a coffee shop somewhere in Parkdale then.

Have you come across the Toronto Welsh Society (https://www.torontowelsh.org/)? I’m sure the membership will include quite a few Welsh learners and who might well have regular meetups, as the Ottawa Welsh Society learners do

I don’t think @davidhamilton is “near” in the way most of us think of it, but in Canadian terms perhaps. He’s in Kincardine, and usually happy to chat online.
I am about three hours away from the CN tower. But i may check out the web site and see if anyone is interested in chating on zoom. My experience is no. But I will have a look.
