I can’t seem to log in to the “Say Something in Welsh”app or even change my password. I was happily into Level 2 and got locked out! Is it still functioning? I miss the teaching style, diolch, Philip
That sounds like you’ve been using a very old app, that is starting to have errors due to OS updates, and is no longer supported due to our limited resources.
You have more choices now about how continue learning with us. You can swap to the latest SaySomethingin app which covers the same material as the Challenges, but offers it in a continuous learning stream with coloured belts to show progress. If you decide to give that a try, let me know which Challenge you’re currently doing and I’ll give you an idea of which belt colour that will be in. You select different belts by going to Account, then My Languages and tapping the pencil icon until it changes to an X. Then tap the belt that’s showing and you can select a different one.
If you’d prefer to continue with the audio files, there are a couple of ways to access them. Through the new app you can go to Account, then My Resources, and select Classic Challenges. That takes you through to the audio lessons on the website.
Or, you can log into the website at SaySomethingin then click ‘Learn’ at the top and ‘Classic Challenges’ and you’ll find them all there. Note that all the audio files are downloadable so you can save them to your device as mp3 files for ease of access when you’re offline.
Your subscription also entitles you to join our SSiW Community Chat Slack group and take part in online partner and group chats led by a tutor.
